Sew Cute Holiday: Christmas Day


Merry Christmas one and all! I'm back with another Christmas look. This time it's wrapped in a bow. Literally I am basically wrapped like a present. But I am loving it! 


To say I am obsessed with this giant bow blouse would be an understatement. It is so so cute! I made it more casual by pairing with jeans but I think it would be super cute with a skirt and red tights. To mix it up a little bit I wore this old Atlantic Pacific x Halogen blazer I got last year. The gold buttons and black tweed just screamed Christmas to me! Blazers are my calling honestly so this look is very me. 


When my co-workers asked what I was doing for Christmas I replied: Just eating beef and wearing headbands, normal Miranda things. And that my friends about sums up my Christmas plans. I completed this look with a J. Crew x Lele Sadoughi headband, of course. This one reminds me of candy stripes! It is black with metallic accents and goes with so many of my holiday looks. 

The best part of this holiday look is that most of it is on sale! This bow blouse is on sale in a gorgeous aqua color. It really does make the perfect special occasion blouse. My blazer is old but there are two very similar styles on sale at Nordstrom right now. This blazer with feather accents is on sale for $150. Then this more simple option is on sale for $119.

Sew Cute Holiday: Christmas Eve + J. Crew Sale


I hope you all had a great Christmas! I wanted to share my fun Christmas looks as some of them are on sale this week! This gorgeous tartan blouse is on sale for 50% off. There are limited sizes available but there is a darker black watch tartan print available and a more red tartan too! 


I think this top was perfect for Christmas. The gorgeous rhinestone buttons just complete the look. It adds a dash of sparkle without being too much. I paired it with a simple pair of dark jeans to make it more casual and comfortable. In previous years I've always worn a dress to Christmas. But, now with a puppy running around and jumping on things I don't like to risk it! This top does the trick but is still comfy. 


Naturally I paired this top with a Lele Sadoughi headband. This is from the J. Crew holiday collection she released a while back. There are still a ton of styles available on J. Crew's website! Including this fun petite style embellished with little gold beads. Chuck also got dressed up for the occasion with his collar tie. He won't let me put sweaters on him, easily that is. Last year I was able to get something on him but I doubt I'd be able to this year. He just won't sit still! He's a very busy boy.

Merry Christmas!


Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night! 


Merry Christmas everyone! This year I have had so much fun creating Christmas content. I legit do not want Christmas to end. Most likely I will keep posting Christmas photos until the New Year because I just love Christmas. This year I feel like it went by way to fast! I guess that is what we get for having a shorter time between Thanksgiving and Christmas. 


I hope you guys have enjoyed following along on my Christmas adventures. Whether it be on Instagram, reading my gift guides, or watching my IG stories I appreciate it all! I honestly have so much fun doing it all. Even if I only help one person through my gift guides, I consider that a win. Genuinely I love thinking of gift ideas, ask my family I legit am a personal shopper for some of them! 


I hope you guys are having a great Christmas and happy holidays. This time of year can be stressful, but be sure to spend time with the ones you love and take some time to relax! I know I'll be relaxing until the new year.

Dose of Disney: Christmas Spirit


Have a holly jolly Christmas! Throwing it back to this fun Christmas look I wore to last years Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. There is nothing like a holiday Spirit Jersey. I have this adorable jersey from last year and I picked up a Halloween jersey this year. My Spirit Jersey collection is quite extensive. But, they are honestly the best! 


I also loved these ears from last year. Cute little pom poms? Sign me up! This year's gingerbread ears are pretty cute though. I for sure will be styling those throughout the season. Disney has really stepped up their merchandise the past 2 years. I mean they are killing the Christmas game this year. So many cute things! Plus you can shop them on Shop Disney this year, unlike last year. I've linked some of my favorite pieces at the bottom of this post! 


If you are attending a MVMCP I recommend dressing super comfy! We were running around all night. On top of that it rained and was super gross which was a bummer. They canceled the fireworks and a few other things which sucked. So, I hope you have better luck than we did!

Dose of Disney: Christmas at Walt Disney World


It's the most wonderful time of the year! There is something so magical about the holidays at Disney World. Although I am not making it to the parks this Christmas I was able to go last year! So, today to get in the Christmas mood I am sharing some snapshots of my trip last year.

Sew Cute Holiday: My top Nordstrom gift picks!



It's no secret I am a huge Nordstrom fan. I feel like that is the only place I shop now and days. But, I have to say it's kind of a non-stop shop. They have all of my favorite brands in one place + you get Nordstrom notes and rewards when you shop! It's a win-win. Today I decided to round up some of my favorite items at Nordstrom right now that would make great gifts. Nordstrom's shipping is great so most of these should arrive to you before Christmas #score! 

I personally own all of these items so I know they are good! Trust me on this guys... 

BAREFOOT DREAMS BLANKET | I picked up a Barefoot Dreams blanket at Nordstrom Rack in stores for $50 and it is heavenly. This is the full price version on Nordstrom's site. Click here for the Nordstrom Rack version. Fuzzy blankets are a great gift for anyone! I think this would make an awesome gift for your mom, younger sister, or even grandma! 

LELE SADOUGHI | Again, it is no secret that Lele Sadoughi is my obsession recently. Nordstrom has a great selection of her accessories! I asked for this headband for Christmas and I am in love with it. So sparkly and so perfect for the holidays. My recent go-to earrings are also available at Nordstrom. They are a great substitute for a simple pearl stud. 

LITTLE WORDS PROJECT | Everyday I wear at least one Little Words Project bracelet! I freaking love these bracelets and their mission at Little Words Project. If you are looking for a meaningful but cute gift look no further! 

BARBOUR SCARF | This unisex scarf legit works for anyone you may be shopping for. Brother, sister, mom, dad you name it! I love this color too.

MONICA VINADER | My gold bracelet I wear legit everyday is also a great splurge gift! Perfect for your girlfriend (guys I'm talking to you) or go in with your siblings to pick it up for your mom. 

SEQUIN TOP | This adorable top is on sale! I ordered it a while back and I can't wait to wear it for the holidays. It is so fun and festive! Plus you could wear it for NYE or any other fun sequin appropriate get together.

SUPERGOOP | Know someone heading somewhere warm soon? Gift them this Supergoop set! I love Supergoop products and sunscreen is so so important. This set gives them a little taste of their best products.

TASSEL BLANKET | You've seen me post about this blanket sooooo many times. But, it really is my favorite blanket! And it is a good price! For the hardest person on your list this is sure to please.

DAGNE DOVER BACKPACK | I just picked this backpack up during Dagne Dover's sale. I use their duffle bag pretty much every time I travel. The quality is amazing and these bags have so many useful pockets and compartments! Perfect for travel or would make a great school bag for a high schooler or college student.

STONEY CLOVER LANE POUCH | Another go-to product of mine are my Stoney Clover Lane pouches! These pouches are so useful for travel, to organize your bag, or whatever else needs organizing. I think these would make great gifts for a mom to keep her diaper bag organized or for someone who travels often.
