On a girl's birthday it's only natural to get all dressed up. I really like this dress and I got an amazing deal on it, like most of the things in my closet. This magenta cut out dress is from Topshop for only $25. When shopping at Topshop I always go straight to the sale section.
With cut outs on the side it gives me some more shape and the skirt flares out a little bit to make the dress sweet and sassy. Of course I had to include some arm candy to complete the look.
