Dose of Disney: Best Day Ever

Tangled is one of my new recent favorite movies to watch! When the movie first came out I didn't see in theaters so I was never really super into it. I had seen bits and pieces of it but never the full real deal. So, once I finally saw the whole thing my life was basically changed. Now, Rapunzel is one of my favorite princesses!

Which, inspired me to pick up this Punzie tee from Uniqlo's recent princess collection! I've mentioned their tees before, but I just love how affordable and adorable they are! You really can't beat $15 for a Disney tee, especially if you are on a budget. This tee was one of my favorites from the recent collection. It has an embroidered Rapunzel on the front complete with a little Pascal.

One of my favorite parts of this outfit is this gorgeous pair of ears! They are Missoni ears which if you are into high fashion you realize how cool these really are. Missoni is an Italian based designer that is well known for their zig zag prints. These ears are their signature fabric made into Minnie ears. Talk about iconic fashion combos. If you are super into fashion you need to pick up these ears. They are sold exclusively at the Four Seasons Orlando hotel gift shop. Their gift shop has a ton of unique designer Disney items you have to check out. It is also home to the Stoney Clover Lane Disney items that I love so much.

I wish the Tangled bathroom area was twice the size it is. This place is always bananas so it's hard to snap the perfect picture. These took a little bit of patience to get to be honest. That is the crappy thing about going to the parks at peak times and dates. Getting the perfect shot take some maneuvering. No worries though, my photographer (aka my brother) is usually pretty patient!

Not only are these ears cute, but they are super comfy! I think it is because the headband is thinner then the park Minnie ears. They are a splurge purchase, but I think they are so worth it. There are multiple color options. But, I opted for the purple and green combo.

Dose of Disney: That's the Spirit

To be honest, I am Spirit Jersey obsessed. Maybe it is the inner sorority girl in me, but I love that Disney is on a Spirit Jersey kick. I've bought a Spirit Jersey basically every trip since they have come out. This go around I picked up a few new Spirit Jerseys to add to the collection.

The latest and greatest color craze to come to Disney is potion purple and I am so here for it. As I've mentioned before I am all about purple! This is probably purple overload with the purple Spirit Jersey, ears, and the famous Purple Wall but no shame. I told you I was here for the purple moment!

The thing I love about Spirit Jerseys is that they are a long sleeve but are heavier then your average t-shirt. So they are kind of a happy medium between a crewneck sweatshirt and a long sleeve tee. Plus they are a little oversized so they are uber comfortable. I wear them all the time around the house, that work from home life has its perks. If you've never bought a Spirit Jersey, I recommend picking one up on your next trip! They are a great souvenir that you can wear in and outside of the parks.

Trend Alert: Headbands

My inner Blair Waldorf is screaming over this headband trend! To be honest, I never stopped wearing headbands. I've always been all about a great hair accessory! My favorite headband to date is a Miu Miu headband I picked up in a vintage shop in Milan.

With a new trend always comes the high end versions vs. the dupes. I am simply in love with these pearl encrusted headbands I see on so many bloggers, but I'm just not sure I can spend $150 on a headband you know.... But, let's be honest I will probably end up getting it because it really is that gorgeous! In the meantime check out all of these headband options that range in all different price points! Most of them are under $50! Some of them are great options in the $20 range as well. I'm all about going with the trends, but you have to choose how you want to invest in trends. When it comes to the headband trend I say save over splurge!

Some other save options include these headband packs I found on Amazon! Both of these headband packs are under $15!! Such a great deal to get a ton of different color knot headbands:

Are you a fan of the headband trend? Where are my fellow Blair fans at? Let me know in the comments!

Dose of Disney: Daisy Duck

Let's talk about Daisy.... Daisy is such an underrated style icon. I love Minnie as much as the next girl, but Daisy is such a sassy and fun gal. From her pink and purple outfit to her sassy little bow, this duck knows how to work it. I channeled my inner Daisy for this fun look I wore to Epcot on my recent trip.

Uniqlo created a super cute collection featuring Minnie & Daisy as BFF's. They had so many cute options, but I opted for the purple Daisy tee to mix up my Disney Style a bit. It has a cute little pocket with an embroidered Daisy on it. Then there is a fun graphic on the back too! This tee makes for the perfect park shirt and Daisy loved it during my character meet with her!

I paired this tee with the new potion purple ears of course! I'm obsessed with all of the love purple is getting throughout the parks. Purple has been my favorite color for as long as I can remember. So, when I saw they were making a whole line of purple items I freaked out! One of the first things I picked up during my trip was this pair of ears. I styled them a few times during my trip. They are surprisingly versatile because of the hints of blue they have in the sequins.

As you can tell my go-to park look is pairing a tee with white shorts. I love dressing in cute skirts and dresses to the parks, but sometimes you just want a basic tee and short outfit to get on and off rides. I wore my trusty white shorts from Red Dress Boutique and they were perfect for a long day at the parks. Unlike a lot of "Disney" Instagrammers I don't go to the parks on a monthly or even weekly basis. I usually go on a trip a year if I'm lucky. So, I have to dress practically while still being cute. This is my compromise for that!

Dose of Disney: Violet Lemonade Vibes

I'm convinced Violet Lemonade has crack in it, because it is that good people. I can't handle it! I wish I could have Violet Lemonade every day honestly. For the Flower & Garden festival I created this fun look inspired by my favorite beverage!

When I saw this skirt on sale at Lauren James I knew it would make the perfect Violet Lemonade outfit. This wrap skirt is super flattering on and has an adorable bow. Lauren James skirts and shorts are great for the parks because they are lightweight and comfortable, but still suer stylish! I love all of the seersucker and bow details in their clothes. They currently don't have this skirt, but they have some other super cute new styles available that I think would also work great for the parks. 1

Can I just say that this is the most underrated photo spot at the festival? It has the perfect view of the Epcot ball and all of the flower for the festival. Plus, if you are lucky enough you can catch a monorail in the back of your photo! It makes for the perfect Epcot photo moment. You can find this spot near the Violet Lemonade food booth right near the entrance to the countries area.

I picked these Violet Lemonade ears up the minute we got to the festival. They are part of a Violet Lemonade merchandise collection which is so so cute! Some people said they didn't love these ears, but personally I'm a fan! I love the little lemon slices and flowers. Plus, I am always on board with some glitter.

What I wore:
Shirt: J. Crew
Skirt: Lauren James
Ears: Disney Parks
Shoes: Nike from Nordstrom
Bracelets: Pandora
Location: Epcot Flower & Garden Festival

What is your favorite drink at Flower & Garden? I am for sure on team Violet Lemonade (if you couldn't tell). Let me know in the comments!
