OOTD: Easter

This weekend I was lucky enough to travel back home and spend some time with my family. And by time I mean around 24 hours. But still, it was worth the trip! On the Saturday before Easter I spent the day with my mom. We grabbed breakfast at my favorite place, saw the new Cinderella movie (look out for a review it was so good!), did a little shopping, and then went to my favorite pizza place with the family. One thing I miss about home most, real pizza (sorry Ames).

For Easter day my family celebrated with my aunt and uncle at my house. We had a brunch like spread and it was quite tasty! Favorite dish was for sure my aunt Marla's potatoes along with my mom's french toast casserole.

Chocolate Crunch eggs are my weakness! My mom always has a bowl around the house during Easter. Also note my favorite candle London Calling from Bath and Body Works.

My mom always finds a creative way to set the table! I loved the bright pink and green color scheme for the table. I also helped make the name cards!

For my outfit I kind of went for a Great Gatsby themed look. I pulled out this light pastel pink drop waist dress that I got a while ago. It is super girly and feminine and was perfect for an Easter meal! To keep with the flapper theme I wore my long tassel monogram necklace from Marley Lilly. This piece is great for when I ant to wear something different from my usual statement necklace. I also accessorized the look with a pair of light pink Kendra Scott earrings. These are a great size Kendra Scott earring for people who aren't big fans of statement earrings!

For shoes I found these old heels in my closet and decided to throw them on. They are from YEARS ago! But, I didn't bring back any shoes because I decided to pack light. My bracelet stack consists of some of my favorites Lilly and Laura, Alex and Ani, and Nordstrom!

Where it's from:

I hope you had a happy Easter.
XOXO
