OOTD: Floral Frock

At a warm 76 degrees Ames feels like a perfect spring day! The day required no coat and the perfect floral dress. I got this dress a while back from one of my favorite stores in Chicago Akira. Akira is only in the Chicago area but you can find stuff online! Often times I find great things on sale I remember getting this dress for less than $15.

This dress is super unique because it has a high neckline and unique shoulder cut outs. Normally this dress is a little edgy for me but I like mixing things up every once in a while. It has a bold unique print which is perfect for any style I think.

For my bracelets of the day I stuck with my go-to Daughter and St. Christopher Alex and Ani bangles along with a spike bracelet from Nordstrom and a Pura Vida bracelet. If you like Pura Vida be sure to use my code POLLITT10 for 10% off any purchase! I love these bracelets because the money goes to a great cause and they are perfect for the summer time.

To add even more color to the look, I threw on a neon orange belt to accent my waistline. Adding a bright accent not only draws attention but creates more interest to your look.

For shoes I opted for a pair of black sandals because the weather was to nice not too! These are an old favorite of mine from Ann Taylor Loft. They may be one of my most comfortable pair of sandals.

Where it's from:
Dress: Akira
Shoes: Ann Taylor Loft
Bracelets: Alex and Ani, Nordstrom, and Pura Vida
Watch: Michael Kors
Earrings: Baublebar
Belt: American Eagle
Ring: Tiffany & Co.

Baublebar earrings are my absolute favorite! They have so many perfect statement pieces. I recently just put in an order from their sale section. Earrings for $8-$15 cannot be beat!
