Rose all day is my motto! This past Friday I checked off The Hampton Social off my summer bucket list. I've been dying to head to this Chicago restaurant all summer since I've seen so many people eating lobster rolls and rose at this east cost inspired eatery. The aesthetic of this place is #goals to the max. I love the decor and that Rose All Day sign you've seen all over Instagram lives here. Luckily we were seated right in front of it! Which made it an instant photo opportunity of course. As my boyfriend would say, "It's all about the photo". This is very true when it comes to this adorable sign.
As for the food I got the "rose of the day" and the Hampton Roll with fries. I also got a macaron for dessert. My boyfriend chose the Montauk Mac along with a beer. The food was really good. I loved my Hampton Roll and I can't resist a yummy shoe string fry. My rose was also very good. Rose wine is kind of their thing (hence the sign). Everyone in the place was holding a glass or rose (I could get used to this place).
The atmosphere was really cool, the place was packed with 20 somethings that had just come from work to enjoy drinks and dinner. If I lived in the city I'm pretty sure I would live there in the summer. This is the perfect place to go for brunch with your girlfriends or for date night.

This flamingo mural was only a 7 min walk from the restaurant! So of course I had to stop by and check it out. Be on the lookout for an OOTD post featuring this amazing wall.

I have been seeing the restaurant ALL over Instagram lately, it's making me sad I don't live near Chicago! I need to book a flight there ASAP so I can eat some of those yummy fries!
