Spring Must Haves: Shoes

Spring is here! Well at least it feels like that here in Ames. So here are some spring shoes that you have to get your hands on.

Jonathan Alder TOMS: The TOMS are so adorable! I love the chevron pattern and the bold colors. These would be super fun to pair with shorts or jeans on a spring or even summer day.
Pointy Toe Flat: I have noticed a lot of pointy toe flats for this season. These jelly flats are cute and are a great neutral shoe to have. Pair these with a fun skirt or dress on a warm day for a super fun look.
Fun Espadrille: Espadrilles are a major shoe trend this season. Whether they are flats or heels the espadrille is the way to go. I really like this sea foam green pair from Nordstrom!

Neutral Wedge Sandal: Every girl needs a neutral pair of wedges. These ones have both brown and white which will go with anything you may have in your closet!
Strappy Sandal: I am loving these strappy sandals! These would be perfect for wearing around campus in the spring. And they are gold so I automatically love them.

What's Trending? #anklebooties

What's Trending? #anklebooties

Ankle boots are all the range this fall season. These boots are great to wear with a pair of skinny jeans, leggings and a sweater, or a dress and tights. The possibilities are endless.
Not to mention that their is a bootie for everyone's style and color preferences.

Also, since today is Cyber Monday I found some great deals on some great shoes! So take advantage of these deals while they are still here!

These boots are super classic and would go with a lot in anyones wardrobe. The camel color is neutral but a little different from your average brown or black boot. Also, the gold detailing is super cute!

Maroon:

For a rich fall and winter color go for a maroon bootie. Both of these have unique touches and details to make them stand out in a crowd.

Dolce Vita booties:
Dolce Vita makes adorable booties. Here are just three of the booties they have that I found in the Nordstrom sale section. I have a pair of short ankle boots from Dolce Vita and they are very well made and clean up nice. So, I highly recommend these!

These Steve Madden booties would go with a lot. It's important to think of versatility when it comes to shoes. Unless they are super cheap you want them to go with a lot of things!

Style Steal: Steve Madden Flats

Style Steal: Steve Madden Flats

Many of you may have already see my brown Steve Madden ballet flats. I have rocked them in numerous OOTD's this summer. Originally, I got them on sale for around $30 at Nordstrom. (It was their sale early in the year.)

However, at my recent trip to Target I found a pair that is an exact replica of the shoes. But, these ones are only $21.99. So, if you have been wanting a pair of Steve Madden flats like mine but you can't justify the cost, these are also a good option.

Below are some pictures of my Steve Madden flats. As you can see they really do look exactly alike. Save yourself the money and pick up these flats from Target!

Tip: Target shoes ALWAYS go on clearance! If $22 is still to much just wait a month of so and they will be marked down for even cheaper.
