I am SUPER excited to say that I will be attending Teen Vogue Fashion University 2013! 

I am extremely blessed to have another opportunity to get to go to New York this year. Teen Vogue Fashion U is held in New York city October 18-20th I believe. It will be another great experience that will add to my fashion knowledge. 

Of course I will be documenting the whole thing while I am there.

Hello everyone! I have more excited news to share with you all! So, I was featured in one of my absolute favorite beauty youtber's video! 

Stilababe09 has a segment on AwesomenessTV's channel called #OOTD. You might already know that I have an addiction with outfit of the day pictures. I almost do one everyday on Instagram. One of the hashtag's I always use is #ootdatv. Which is the hashtag for her show. 

Apparently, on friday's she picks her favorite outfit from the hashtags on Instagram and I was selected!

A very exciting thing came in the mail yesterday! As some of you may know I am an intern at Rent the Runway through their RTR On Campus program. So, our package with our starter campus kit came in the mail yesterday. 

I was not expecting a package this big so my roommate and I had to carry this huge box all the way up to the 8th floor of our building. We looked ridiculous to say the least but it was defiantly worth it!

The package included free RTR wear and goodies for me but also a ton of things that I am giving away around my campus. Including promo codes, gift cards, and L'Oreal Paris products and samples! 

This t-shirt is a Lilly Pulitzer shirt. I almost died a bit inside when I saw it! I'm already obsessed with it.

September 6th, 2013: 

The Outfit: Today I kept things super simple because shocker it was around 92 degrees outside. I wore this mint green lace romper with a rose gold skinny belt. The belt has a super cute heart detail which adds a girly feminine touch. I paired this look with rose gold sandals, pearl studs, and a BCBG bracelet. This look was super casual and super easy to put together.

September 4th, 2013: 

The Outfit: This is a typical day of college outfit. In Iowa it is still super hot out so it's important to stay comfortable and cool. But, of course we still have to look cute doing it! I paired this teal high low dress with a lace bralett underneath. The lace peeks out from the sides and the front which gives the simple dress some detail. I paired the dress with a bold black statement necklace that has pink and blue accent stones.

September 5th, 2013: 

The Outfit: Today I wore a black peplum top with a pleather detail. I paired the top with my ice cream high waisted shorts. To complete the look I used my favorite rose gold accessories. I wore my Sam Eldeman spiked loafers along with my Juicy Couture statement necklace. Overall, my look today was girly with a little bit of edge.

Steal of the Century 

So, when I went back home I had to stop in at Nordstrom Rack.

As I was wondering around the isles, as you can only do at Nordstrom Rack, I found this gorgeous Ted Baker wallet. It was surrounded by non-clearance items so I assumed that it was going to be around $60. To my surprise, the wallet was only $23! From it's original $120 I would say that is a pretty good deal.  

The wallet is on the smaller side but it still holds a lot. It is a snake skin like pattern and is a deep metallic purple. Also it has rose gold hardware.
