Sew Cute Holiday: Christmas Day OOTD

Can Christmas never end? Just me? Well Christmas may have come and gone and now it is 2018, but I'm still reminiscing on a great Christmas with my family. Christmas Day we had a low key day and stayed in our pajamas basically all afternoon then finished the day with a great Italian dinner. Overall, it was a great relaxing day with the fam!

For my outfit I kept things pretty simple. I was not having a great hair day, so I threw it up in a cute little low bun. I use this little foldable bun maker I picked up at Target and it is great for pulling back your hair. Whenever my hair is a little eh I through it into a bun. It's just an easy way to fix your hair and it creates a super polished look.

My outfit consists of a simple black velvet skirt from J. Crew Factory and a fun ruffled turtle neck. I used to hate turtle necks as a kid and now I'm obsessed. This one from J. Crew was only $35 + 40% off! J. Crew has been a hit or miss for me since their new designer has taken over, but I will say I can't complain about some lower prices. I'm always down for a good bargin, well who isn't? For a fun pop of holiday color I wore these Aerie tights. I had an old pair of red tights that I sadly had to throw away a year or so back. So when I found this pair at Aerie I knew I had to snag them! Red is such a fun accent color to use during the holidays.

For accessories I wore some fun bow stud earrings from Kate Spade, a little inspo from some presents under the Christmas tree! Then of course my trusty Tory Burch black ballet flats, they seriously go with everything. I also wore my Hermes bangle which was for sure my favorite Christmas gift of the year. Then I added two Pandora bracelets, with some new charms that were Christmas gifts!

Where it's from:

I hope you all had a fabulous and blessed Christmas with your families! What did you wear to your Christmas meal? Let me know in the comments!
XOXO
