Deep in blue

Recently I have been wearing this aqua color a lot. I'm not sure why but I seem to be gravitating towards it! This OOTD features a aqua sheer maxi skirt paired with a simple striped crop top. I love this look because it is more simple then what I normally wear. It was a great outfit for grabbing some breakfast with a friend. For accessories I kept it pretty simple and just wore a pair of statement earrings from Baublebar. I have gotten a lot of use out of these earrings! They are great because they are black, grey, and white so they go with a lot of looks. Not to mention they are pretty neutral so I wear them a lot. For my other accessories I kept it with my everyday bangles and watch. My bag is a recent purchase that I did a post on! My shoes are simple sandals that have both gold and silver. These are my go-to sandal and they are super comfortable. They are from Target and might I say Target makes a great sandal! I always get mine on super clearance for around $7-$9.

#PacSunStyleOff

The Outfit: This outfit was inspired by Cali style. I did it for a Teen Vogue contest with Pacsun. You had to create a look that reflected California style. So, I paired this Brandy Melville crop t-shirt that I purchased at Pacsun with a Urban Outfitters skirt. The skirt is a jersey material that is black and has a bleach detail. Also, it has a ruffle detail at the bottom of the skirt which also is a high low. I finished the look with a chain necklace, bandana headband, and red lipstick.

Today I dropped my brother off at his college which is downtown Chicago. We always go to this super yummy pizza place called Coal Fire. The pizza has a super thin crust and is just amazing. I highly suggest it!

The Outfit: 

I paired this red crop top with a almost nautical like skirt. The skirt is not quite a circle skirt but it definitely flares a tiny bit. Of course I had to pair this look with a fun red lip and my classic curls, which I basically do everyday of my life. Anyways, this outfit is super fun (well I guess I think it is haha) and super easy and comfortable.
